Recipe of the Month- Pupcakes

This recipe of the month is dedicated to my friends Bella and DiDi, they have a great blog called Paws to Talk and they liked the pupcakes so I told them I would find the recipe and I did! It is a very simple, easy method to make and such cute and yummy (i mean for dogs) and great for birthday parties!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup soft butter
1/2 cup corn oil
1 jar strained beef baby food
4 eggs
bacon bits

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix butter until smooth. Add corn oil, baby food and eggs. Mix them all together till smooth.

2. Combine dry ingredients into beef mixture from before and mix until batter is smooth. Fold bacon bits into batter. Spoon batter into a cupcake tin. Bake for  30 minutes. Cool onto a  wire rack. Ice with low fat cream cheese and sprinkle with bacon bits. It makes a dozen pupcakes so if you want to make a bigger batch you might want to double the quantity. You can ice them in the style of breed you would like. For a party you could ice the pupcakes into the your doggy guests!

I hope you liked the recipe!! Happy baking!
